Bathroom plumbing is tight access and waterproofing you cannot see. We do the pipework the tiler is about to cover.
Whether it is a leaking shower mixer, a re-fit after a renovation, or a toilet that keeps running through the night, bathroom work has to be right before the walls close.
We rough-in to the plan, pressure test, and come back for fit-off. Isolated repairs stay isolated: we do not upsell a full gut unless the pipework is actually finished.
